Great location and great property!

My group thoroughly enjoyed this property! We absolutely loved the location and the house was perfect. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and more than enough space to all be together. This is a rare find for this area and this close to the beach. I would love to stay here again!

House was perfect location. Huge. Beautiful inside. Close to everything! Only thing to note is that it’s right on a busy road and it’s a bit noisy at night but didn’t bother us.

Really enjoyed our time here. Plenty of space in the house and bedrooms, got some sun on the deck, and it’s located right in the heart of Dewey. From start to finish, rental process was easy and smooth. A+ service all around. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is fantastic for a large group. We were two families there for a week with 6 kids under the age of 7, naps and bedtime were difficult with the surrounding noise. Besides the sleep issue with young kids we highly recommend this property! It was clean, updated and comfortable for a large group ...also close to everything Dewey has to offer!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Like the location, don't like the parking, tight for large vehicles. The floors dirty and fans dusty. The appliances need update, refrigerator door shelves and oven handle kept falling off. Will really have to consider coming back next year.

We had 6 service calls to Berkshire Hathaway to fix toilets, sink faucets, shower heads and oven doors. Such a missed opportunity by these owners. Please engage in regular property maintenance
