Ocean Front ranta talo

Vietä viikko tai enemmän tässä hyvin varustetussa, meren rannalla, lemmikkieläinystävällisessä yksikössä.

Nauti aamukahvia katsellen auringonnousua katetulla kannella tai seulotulla kuistilla, joista molemmilla on esteetön näköala merelle. Nukahtakaa rannalla kallistuvien aaltojen onnelliselle äänelle. Tässä kauniisti sisustetussa 2-kerroksisessa yksikössä on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 1. 5 kylpyhuonetta ja se sijaitsee Dewey Beachin sydämessä, jossa voit kävellä ravintoloihin, baareihin ja kauppoihin.

Voit tuoda jopa nelijalkaisen, karvaisen, perheenjäsenen! Dewey on hyvin koiraystävällinen! Koirat ovat sallittuja rannalla klo 9.30 ja 5.00 jälkeen joka päivä. 15. syyskuuta jälkeen koirat ovat sallittuja rannalla milloin tahansa vuorokauden aikana.

Merenranta-makuuhuoneessa on yksi king-size-vuode ja astella sänky, joten se voi mukavasti nukkua 4. Kaksi lahden puolella sijaitsevaa makuuhuonetta on erotettu suurella harmonikalla tai se voidaan avata yhden huoneen luomiseksi. Ensimmäisessä lahden puolella olevassa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode. Toisessa lahden toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kerrossänky.

On yksi täysi kylpy makuuhuoneen tasolla ja puolet kylpy päätasolla. Lisäksi kodinhoitohuoneen bayside-kannella on seisova ulkosuihku, jossa on myös pesukone / kuivausrumpu.

Pääkerroksessa on alkuperäiset leveät parketit, kun taas keittiössä ja kahdessa kylpyhuoneessa on liuskekivi. Portaat ja lasku ovat viime aikoina kokolattiamattoisia ja yläkerran makuuhuoneen puulattiat poistettiin ja maalattu vuonna 2017. Olohuoneessa on kaksi mukavaa sohvaa ja korituoli, ja ruokasalissa on istuimet 6 hengelle. Keittiöbaarin laskurissa on myös kolme barstoolia. Päätaso on maalattu aurinkoisella keltaisella, kun taas yläkerran makuuhuoneet on maalattu rauhallisella, vihreällä ja neutraalilla rusketuksella.

Tässä laitteessa on yksi pysäköintitila (off street), kolme ulkokansia, pesukone / kuivausrumpu, ulkosuihku, wifi, kaapeli-tv ja koiraystävällinen. Dewey Beachissä on niin paljon tekemistä! Kesäisin joka maanantai-ilta on elokuva-ilta rannalla. Ja keskiviikkona illalla se on Bonfire-ilta, jossa tuodaan kiddot (tai ei) ja teet vettä!

Upeat ravintolat ja baarit ovat kävelyetäisyydellä. Paras rapu kakkuja löytyy Woody's, joka on kirjaimellisesti 2-3 korttelin päässä. Kun olet täyttänyt Woodyn, voit kävellä kadun varrella pulloon ja korkkiin ja kuunnella elävää musiikkia. Deweyssä on monia muita erinomaisia ravintoloita ja elävää musiikkia, mutta sinun täytyy tulla tänne nauttimaan siitä! Älä siis viivytä, varaa lomasi 9 Surfside Plaza -hotellissa ja koe se itse!

You won't be disappointed if you stay here. Absolutely gorgeous place and views. Everything was perfect and our beagle, Willow, loved it too. Communication with host was great and check in process was simple. The location is close to everything and such easy access to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Our visit was absolutely wonderful. The entire family enjoyed every comfort the newly renovated property offered. This was a tid bit I had not shared with my family beforehand; so hearing their Oos & Ahhs upon entry was warming. And the upper bedroom beach view never disappoints. It’s just spectacular! We’re grateful for yet another opportunity to experience the Sandy Paws Beach House. We look forward to returning.

We have always wanted to take our dogs to the beach, and Dewey is very dog friendly. Sandy Paws was the perfect spot for us. The house was spacious and beautiful. Both us and the dogs loved the screened in patio off of the master bedroom. We sat there and listened to the waves crash at night and watched the other dogs on the beach during the day. The host was great at communicating and helped make our trip special!

We stayed for a week and loved it. The condo is wonderful, esp the two decks, and being right on the beach is incredible. We also made numerous side trips up and down the coast and into Rehoboth. The visit was everything we could ask for in a beach vacation and then some. The owner is also wonderful, gracious and instantly responsive.

My family LOVED this condo. The beach access and view was the main reason I booked this condo. I’m already a regular Delaware beach vacationer. Everything was lovely. Leaving the sliding doors cracked at night and listening to the waves?!?! Can’t beat that. Would definitely rebook.

First time staying and would definitely book again. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We left the sliding door opened upstairs to the screened in porch (a fav for the whole group!). Everyone kept their bedroom doors opened and we all and slept to the sound of the waves every night. We really liked the small deck by the front door ... nicely furnished and great place to hang out and read. Thank you, Susan!

This home was beautiful and very clean. Every single thing was new and exceptionally appointed. All the furniture, beds, flooring, appliances, and decor were brand new and very nice! The entire home was very clean. The location right on the beach was perfect for our family with 5 kids. The views from the top deck were gorgeous! We were very pleased and would rent here again.

Great unit, not big but it’s newly renovated with a full kitchen, open floor plan, great light and best of all a first floor deck and second level screened porch off the primary overlooking the beach and ocean! Could sit on the porch for hours just watching the ocean and listening to the waves. There is also a deck in the front with chairs and table, and a first floor powder room. Location is central to restaurants and downtown Rehoboth but the trade off is that the area can get busy. Overall had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend! Would be perfect in any season.

We had an incredible time staying at the Sandy Paws Beach House. The updates to the property are gorgeous. Everything is so peaceful and serene. I would give anything to be back on the front balcony off the master bedroom listening to the waves crash on the beach. The owner was very communicative and helpful during our stay. I highly recommend renting this property.

Perfect location with amazing ocean views! Beautiful place that’s been recently renovated. It’s very comfortable and really has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. We spent the days on the beach, walked to dinner, then walked to Sunset Park then back to the house to enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean. Looking forward to our next visit!

This is our second time here because we so enjoyed it the last time. Susan has upgraded the condo in very tasteful ways, which makes the space even more inviting and comfortable. The upgrades are like cherry on the sundae. The thing that is most wonderful about Susan's place is that you are right on the water. You can see, hear, and smell the ocean from the first and second floors, inside or on the porches. And you can be on the beach in less than a minute. The fact that both the condo and Dewey are so dog friendly was also fantastic. We derived a lot of vicarious pleasure seeing our dog's utter joy playing on the beach. Finally, Susan is incredibly responsive to any messages. I momentarily hesitated to leave such a glowing review for fear that the place will be booked next time we want to rent it!! :)

We love this condo--right on the beach, with two porches overlooking the ocean. The condo has EVERYTHING you could want and is very clean. Close to Woody's for crab cakes; walking distance to Rehoboth. We had great weather and sat on the beach in the beach chairs provided. Two small pods of dolphins put on a show right in front of my chair on Thursday. Honestly, I can't think of any way the stay could have been better!

We really enjoyed this little beach townhouse. Location could not be better. We loved being able to see, hear, and smell the ocean on both floors. Our puppy was in heaven playing on the beach and making lots of doggie friends. (Dewey is extremely dog friendly). The townhouse and its furnishings are simple but comfortable, with a cozy feel. Our only complaint was that the cheap toaster didn’t work; something that can easily be solved. We will definitely be returning!!
