Wonderful check in staff and kitchen hostess. Difficulty in adjusting heat. After telling staff they said an app needs to be used to bypass a pre-programmed setting. I guess we shouldâve called the front desk that evening when we were struggling instead of letting them know at checkout.

Staff was friendly! bathroom and bed were clean. Floors behind nightstand etc was dirty. I had to move broken desk lamp and plug in a side table lamp. The arm chair and foot stool was ripped and dirty.
