”Really enjoyed staying there. Whole staff was very friendly. Liked the folk music during high tea. Enjoyed playing in the swimming pool with kids and other sports like table tennis, carrom, chess. Cafeteria was also very good. Located on the bank of the river which had less water, so in the evening we could sit on the river stones and wash our feet in flowing water. All in all it was a great experience. ”

”Excellent property with nice scenic views of Ram Ganga ,hills, trails and bridge. Delicious and safe food with comfortable deluxe rooms with gorgeous views of river and mountains. Prompt service and friendly staff. Only issue that has to be tackled is the menace of monkeys who terrified everyone and ruined the pleasure of sitting out in balcony to have tea or snacks. Management has to take some drastic steps to overcome this issue ”

”Room is good. Location is also nice. Problem is the staff is way tooo too slow in everything, like if you order food it will take them 2-3 hours to just prepare a simple dish. Even if you order water, you need to remind them 2-3 times to just get the water bottle. They served the breakfast at 10:30 am in morning. Wifi is terrible there, it did not worked at all. Also, there is lot of noise there. There is a group who keep singing sad song over speaker, it started at late evening and continued...

”Rooms could be better equipped. There is no mobile connectivity in rooms/cottages, could be good or bad depends . Food is good , better for local Indian food. 40 mins drive from Taj hotel area. Also do visit Mustache Cafe near Taj. The place is also dog friendly. ”

”Decent property overall, with excellent breakfast and dinner menus in the Citrus restaurant. Very courteous staff at the restaurant including Mr Virender and Mr Negi, and equally brilliant housekeeping. However, the staff at the front desk is a big let-down as they are mostly clueless about anything to do around the hotel or have to call in someone higher up all the time. Also could do with some smiles on their faces. An even bigger issue is they don't provide any meals or even a basic blanket...
