”If you stay in room 104, ask if they fixed the plumbing. The water was turned off when we got the room, so we turned it back on. The next morning at 5am, I got up to use the bathroom and stepped in a giant puddle of water. Asked thenfront desk to give men5 minutes to get dressed, but he showed up almost 1 minute later. The water when used in another room was so loud we had to turn the tv up super loud. The staff was nice, the location was nice. I would stay again, but will be asking if plumbing...

”This might be my favorite place I’ve stayed in a really long time. We booked a room without a view since it was only for one night, but I’m pretty sure there isn’t a bad view in the building. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the service was great. The window opening up the jacuzzi tub to the bedroom was my favorite thing. I highly recommend this stay. I know I will be back.”

”We had a full view of the ocean. The room was spotless and well-stocked with toiletries. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were smooth. Front desk was helpful, friendly and polite. Housekeeping was nice and friendly. Perfect location, too! ”

”A great spot to stay for a few nights, especially for the low cost. In our room the toilet flapper did not seal fully, causing the tank to refill every few minutes. Other than this minor issue, though, we had no problems. The location is also close to multiple restaurants, public transportation, and grocery stores, so it is a good choice even without access to a car.”

”First, I’ll say the view was spectacular. No place for clothes or toiletries. Sheets did not fit the bed (bottom sheet stretched out, so bed was “unmade in the middle of the night), intermittent internet. The owner kindly reset the modem, but it was not resolved. Since they tried once I assumed it wouldn’t work a second time. I think they need a booster for cabin 6. Pricing through Expedia was not transparent, not sure it’s the owners fault. ”

”Friendly service and the motel has everything you need, room was big. However, it is dated and not that clean. There were lots of stains in bed and towels that should have been replaced a long time ago. ”

”This place was rough. The property is very old and could use some major upgrades. We could hear the road, and our neighbors, ALL NIGHT. The bed was somehow both lumpy and hard, and the pillows were thin and almost useless. The shower curtain didn't cover the whole shower so water kept going everywhere. There was only one night stand and the door only locks with the knob unless your inside. The pool was also closed. ”

”The place was a lovely historic castle, very beautiful and nicely restored. The room was a bit small but really nice, the bathroom was huge and looked brand new. If you want to stay in an interesting place with history and a lot of character, this is the place - if you don't mind that there is no restaurant or other services on site at this time and it is some distance from the town center. I so want this place to succeed, but it seems there are not enough visitors to keep up all services and...
