”Let me start by saying that the place is impressive. I was looking forward to my stay after booking. The biggest issue: the room was hot. I struggled to fall asleep on the amazingly comfortable bed due to the room being so hot. I did lower the thermostat, but the room just never cooled off. There was also cobwebs in the bathroom....I want to go back and maybe request a different room.....I wanted to give a 3 star across the board, but the property was so impressive I just couldn't go that...

”Variety at breakfast. Super fresh! Everything works; water station, workout room, laundry, pool, fireplace and pit. Rooms are fresh and clean. This was a great stay. BTW, the manager was super nice and took care of us. The furniture in common areas is getting worn. That's the only thing I saw that needs repair.”

”booked a king balcony..was told they overbooked those rooms.settled for a king..very small room..no fridge no microwave.swimming pool was drained..staff was very friendly.water in shower doesnt get very hot.thermostat is programmed where you can only get so much air and fan.”

Additionally, there was evidence of there possibly being bedbugs such as small bite stains and bugs around the room. The towels in the bathroom were dirty, stained, and the building as a whole had seen far better days. The staff were locked behind a dividing door and window and often not present at the office.”
