”Hotel was excelent in every single way. Building and the rooms were beautifully renovated and hotel had all the amenities you could hope for. However the service was definitely the high point of our stay. Receptions, restaurant and maintenance staff were highly professional and above all the kindest staff we have encountered.”

”We booked the Queen Deluxe rooms on the 7th to 14th floor. Our jaws literally dropped as we entered and saw the incredible view of the Jungfrau from our balcony. It was breathe taking. The room was very spacious, recently updated, modern, and clean. We found the beds to be comfy. There’s no AC here, but a tower fan was provided and we stayed comfortable with that and leaving the sliding door open to catch the mountain breeze.
