The ground floor welcomes you through an entrance hall featuring a separate WC. The spacious living room is equipped with a cable TV, a hi-fi system, and a DVD collection, and opens directly onto the terrace. Also on the ground floor, you will find 1 double bedroom furnished with 2 beds and a TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a shower room. The upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, hosts 4 additional double bedrooms, all featuring sloping ceilings. 3 of these rooms each contain 2 beds, a hand-basin, and a fan, while the fourth double bedroom is furnished with 2 beds and a fan. A separate WC is also available on the upper floor. Outside, the property benefits from a terrace, a garden, terrace furniture, and a box-room.
