”Nice and quiet property,and has shuttle service to and from airport which is very convenient. Shuttle doesn’t have service to downtown area like other hotels. Restaurants are about 15 minutes walking distance, and there is no nearby shopping area. Room is nice and spacious.”

”Heaven in Anchorage. We walked in and it was like family welcoming us home. It is a beautiful home, lovely thoughtful details throughout all the guest areas — tea waiting, inviting fireplace, comfortable beds, well lit, beautiful rooms and lovely breakfasts in the great room — and friendly owners who want to make sure you have everything you might need. This is a lovely place to rest and come back to, we can’t wait to visit again. Can’t recommend this highly enough!”

”The property appeared to be a short-term apartment rental. It was bit worn, and cooking smell in the hall. Not what I've experienced at other VRBO or Air B &B. The furnishings were thrift shop-esque. The check-in process did not go well. We were given a combination for the building door that worked, but the combo for the door to the room did not. We contacted the property manager and they had a person there to help us in minutes. Once the room was accessed it appeared that it was occupied...

”Don’t waste your money there. Very noisy street right in front. Only thing to eat nearby was domino’s pizza or hot wings. Homeless people walking around asking for help. One staff member was a lady by the name of Anita was very nice, but an old white lady was very rude and disrespectful to me the whole week I was there. Very old motel so do expect nothing very nice. Btw … my prior review is showing 5 stars and that’s not true, someone change it from the 1 star I gave.”

”We loved everything! Pleasant helpful staff, beautiful full breakfast every morning until 9:30 M-F and breakfast until 10:30am Sat and Sun. Nice large laundry FREE for guests FYI Walmart is literally across the small road to buy trail size laundry soap. The front desk does offer laundry soap to buy but Walmart has it for only $1.17 a load when you go to the travel size section in Walmart. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast for few days in a row had the same egg with cheese...

”We were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We stayed two nights before retunning home from Australia. The staff the whole time we stayed were just so friendly and helpful. The room was a great size, the location was perfect and the price really great value. Highly recommend!”

”Upon check in there was food all over the floor and the room smelled. The front desk staff and house keeping were amazing and super helpful. The hotel is a bit dated which is fine but almost everything in the room was broken. Door didn’t shut properly, ac cover was hanging off, lamp shade was mangled. The sheets are HORRIBLE paper thin and little pill balls all over., it felt like sleeping in sandpaper.. for over 300 for the night I expected a bit more. The motel 6 is nicer in my opinion”

”I am not one to leave negative reviews leaving this here until I get a refund I was denied. Staff was nice and friendly. Called and was told Pool and HOT TUB were working Came in late went to pool Hot tub was not operational asked a staff member they said had been out of commission for quite awhile We picked this hotel for distance from the air port and specifically because it had a hot tub. Exposed ripped out sheetrock over the hot tub with exposed beam with what appears to be BLACK MOLD....

”Everything was great! The pocket doors for the bathroom were difficult to close and did not close completely as they don’t align to the wall. Did not like having the lack of privacy in the bathroom.”

”Great location in relation to the airport. But, we walked into the first room and there was water dripping onto the floor from ceiling vent. Went and advised the desk and they changed the room. The next room had a beautiful view of the cinderblock wall of an adjacent building. Opened the window and it would not close again.”
