”The Corners Inn is a hidden gem. Fantastic old bar and dining room with real character. High quality breakfast - you can tell real care has been taken sourcing ingredients. Bedrooms are in a new annex, so spacious and quiet. Would love to find an excuse to go back!”

”This is a converted coaching inn at the junction of a few roads. Easy parking, good breakfasts and dinners, plenty of character. A bit of a downside if you’re a light sleeper with the traffic and kitchen exhaust system. Otherwise, easy place to stay.”

”Hotelli sijaitsee pienessä Kingtonin kylässä,jossa rajoitetusti palveluja ja ostos mahdollisuuksia. Itse hotelli myös vaatimaton ,mutta erittäin viehättävä sisustukseltaan. Kaikkein parasta oli omistajaparin erittäin ystävällinen palvelu,siitä kymmenen pistettä.”

”Main issues were a) the "bistro" and bar area looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Most of the dining tables had been replaced by a pool table and dart boards. Broken or unused furniture was piled up at the side of the room. After taking one look, we decided that eating here was not an option. Similar unwanted furniture etc was piled up on the stairs to the second floor. All in all, there is no way this could be described as a tidy place b) our room was immemdiately above the bar....

”A friendly welcome by the staff and very attentive throughout our stay. Room 8 was excellent with plenty of space and a large bath with separate shower. Food selection was great and expertly prepared. Plenty of choices for breakfast. Good selection of drinks at the bar. Several walks from the hotel and the river Wye is only a 15 minute walk away.”

”This is a great hotel to stay at while exploring the Forest of Dean. The rooms were quaint and clean, the breakfast was delicious and the pub downstairs was cute.”
