”We called the front office about a noise complaint, there were people with a big dog staying in the room above ours, for house we just heard footsteps, furniture moving, dog barking and footsteps. We called the next morning asking for a different room and was told if there was a complaint they would talk to them. Next night new people were staying above us and showed up drunk yelling at each other at midnight. I had to turn the tv on and the ac unit on due to not waking my dog and my pregnant...

”The king sized ocean view was good. Elevator was great. We are elderly. Walking to the water was a little trying for us . Enjoy the two decks for viewing and having a cocktail . We were a little disappointed in the on site restaurant . Outside furniture pads need ti be replaced. Rooms could use update . Location was excellent.”

”This is the 3rd time I've stayed here and it's the 3rd time that the cleaning staff that cleans your room is literally non existent. I spent $1800 on two days and they can't even clean the room. The pool also has a rough surface on the bottom, so my daughter and granddaughter had scratches all over their feet. I had a $100 bag of decorations for my granddaughters birthday and the cleaning staff threw them away. So it was a pretty bad experience. Unfortunately I can't stay here again, and it...

”We stayed for our first family trip to celebrate our babies first birthday. The location was perfect, and the view from our room was amazing. Bed was comfy, room was clean and staff was so helpful with recommendations to find a birthday cake! I have to stress that the location to the pier and shops/restaurants was perfect. I had a stroke 2.5 months ago so I have minimal energy for activity with limited Mobility and everything was within a short walk! Perfect!”

Everything was OK but then as soon as I got into the bathroom and use the toilet, a damn near fell off because of loose bolts. It looked to be somewhat of a brand new toilet. The wall behind the toilet was in bad shape and then noticing that the air-conditioning wasn’t working properly so I checked the filters they were completely clogged up.
