”The place is great. Perfect location. Only gripe I have is our keys stopped working the second day. Texted the staff (because no one was in the office). They tried to get us to use the app but it would not work. Someone said thanks for letting them know and they will look into it. Still haven’t heard back. ”Amazing place next to beach, food & night activity. The staff was super nice, they even got some super clue for me to fix my phonecover. Area seemed safe and was quite. Shame we only booked one night at Pismo beach, should have stayed there another night, but we have scheduled road trip so..”

”Beach front view was wonderful. Prices were to much . Having to pay for parking in a hotel I paid for was unexpected and expensive . Took until the second day to find the coffee maker . So we had to buy coffee from the hotel . Again another un expecting expense . Popcorn 12, beef jerky 12 parking 30 a day . Soft drink 8 . Added. Up fast at checkout .”

”Clean rooms and Breakfast were great! Staff was friendly and very helpful. The only complaint I have is that noise the weekend of June 19-21st was so noisy in the evening when the families with the baseball players returned in the evening, they were very inconsiderate when it came to making loud and yelling noises that could be heard throughout the night, until 2am, even the adults were loud in the courtyards around the hotel rooms. ”The location is great. Even though it states that there is no smoking on the property, a large family staying there was chain smoking at the shared tables the entire time. Started up by 8:00 am and continued until night. It made sitting outside not as enjoyable.”

”It was really clean Staff were really respectful. The breakfast was good. The pie was good and they have real good service and the cleaning staff also have real good service and they’re always asking you if you need anything and I’m really appreciated of everything they did for me thank you so much.”

”Only good thing was the beach view. Everything else was meh or not good. Not worth the price. Not sure if staff are new and overwelmed or short staff but both lawn service and maid service were awful.”

”I loved the entire property and operation. Really exceptional I thought for the money. The only complaint is that mattress was too firm and hurt both my wife and caused pain in our hips while sleeping on it.”
