No complaint plus for the price is another 5 stars. The staff was very helpful and they do follow up with you throughout your stay to make sure you are satisfied, I will stay here again in a heart beat,”

”This Hotel is very clean with updates in room as well bath. Breakfast is great with good coffee. But for privacy we prefer higher level rooms, and they didn't grant us that. Next day storms hit the area and power outages were everywhere. Hotel has generator but only delivered power into the lobby but not the rooms, so they were hot. I know this is not the staff fault, but I feel staff can do better to comfort customers.”

I was comfortable in the room, itself, though it did have an issue: the TV didn't work; it said "No signal." The remote was full of greasy finger prints and chunks of food were stuck to it. When we first checked in, we had to wait because there was a group of carnival employees who were supposed to have 14 rooms and their reservation couldn't be found. We had to wait while the lone desk worker tried to...
