”Room was clean enough, shower door needs maintenance, in room coffee was awful, but lobby coffee was pretty good. Room temperature was hard to get right.”

”Booked the hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool for my children. When I arrived to the pool had been closed the night before. I asked to cancel the room and they agreed that I should be refunded. They told me they couldn’t do anything because I booked through Expedia. They told me to reach out to Expedia and they should be able to take care of it. Expedia said since I didn’t buy the travel insurance I would still be responsible for the cost even though I wasn’t getting the stay that...

”The hotel is very pleasant we enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff is welcoming and helpful. They have a cute little bar/bistro right in the front lobby that closes at 10pm. Multiple Lobby areas offered plentiful seating. Only complaints are the parking lot which is odd/crammed, and while the hot breakfast had variety and looked aesthetically pleasing it was not tasty in the slightest. The best option was the fresh fruit and Greek yogurt with topping options....

”This hotel was fabulous in every way. The welcoming way the entrance was decorated for Easter was so inviting. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were immaculate. Every corner was dusted and cleaned. This was by far the best place that I have ever stayed booking through a third-party. I will definitely look for Candlewood anywhere I go now. ”This is a bare bones motel. But the the room was cleaned, bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, and the staff was extremely helpful with our few requests. It was affordable. If you're not picky, you're in luck. If you are, pay more somewhere else.”
