One of the reasons I booked this property instead of an Airbnb was the expectation of basic hotel amenities and comfort. ”In the room, they serve free water cans, right next to paid ones. I accidentally drank one, and realised my mistake. They charged me £8.5 for a bottle of water, when you can have as much free water as you like. It is set up to trick customers. I asked for the minibar to be removed. They have glued the minibar inc. expensive water and snacks onto the desk, and wanted £25 to remove the mini-bar. I explained my religious reasons for the removal, and they agreed to take the alcohol out for free....
