Dafni Beach House

Dafni Beach House - DBH - sits at the heart of the incredibly beautiful, unspoiled and largely undiscovered Dafni bay, surrounded by sea and forested mountains on the island of Evia. A large family or 2 or 3 smaller families will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space in its own fenced, extensive compound, DBH with its two outbuildings for further privacy, will overwhelm you with its charm. DBH, on the beach, benefits often from a sea breeze but has fans in every room for your comfort.
The space
The main house has three double bedrooms, 2 with twin beds for separate sleeping if required. There is a fourth bedroom with a wide single which could suit 2 younger children or a single adult. There is a further study/bedroom with a sofabed for two.

In addition, there is the option to include a 1 bedroom flat with a double bedroom and pull-out beds for two (probably children) in the sitting room.

Additional to that there is a further studio with a double sofabed and own shower room.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1. WIFI IS MOBILE PHONE SIGNAL BASED AND VARIES. SOMETIMES IT IS NOT RELIABLE.

2. CHILDREN NEED TO BE SUPERVISED IN THE GROUNDS - AT THE VERY BACK OF THE PROPERTY ARE BUILDING AND OTHER MAINTENANCE MATERIALS WHICH CHILDREN NEED TO BE KEPT AWAY FROM. ALSO WHILE THE COMPOUND IS WALLED, SNAKES HAVE BEEN FOUND IN NEIGHBOURS' GARDENS - THIS IS THE CASE THROUGHOUT GREEECE.

3. KAYAKS ARE ONLY TO BE USED AFTER A BRIEFING FROM THE HOST

4. LOOK AFTER GARDEN FURNITURE AND SPORTING EQUIPMENT BY A. SECURING IF WINDY B. LEAVING NOTHING ON THE BEACH UNACCOMPANIED C. BRINGING ALL ITEMS IN IF RAIN IS LIKELY D. PUTTING EVERYTHING BACK ON LEAVING
