”First night our a/c was extremely loud, and smoke detector went off twice. We notified office next morning that day they had replaced the a/c unit and fixed the smoke alarm! They had a great response time for our concerns and were very apologetic for the lack of sleep we got the night before. A free night would have been great for the extreme lack of sleep and inconvenience, but also we did not ask. ”

”The SunCoast is the perfect blend of amenities, location, and price. It is a solid, clean hotel with a lovely pool (and clean pool restrooms), a serviceable restaurant, and a decent shop (although a little overpriced). The beds were comfy, the ac was able to keep up with the heat, the blackout blinds worked well, and the room was clean (clean air vents, for example). The staff and management were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. ”
”The room was to be expected for a Best Western. However, staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast room was kept incredibly clean and well-stocked each morning. The location to the Disneyland Resort was across the road, so nothing to complain about there! Would book to stay here again for price and convenience. ”

”Awesome stay at the Desert Palms. Very walkable to all parks and Downtown Disney and we liked that the hotel is on the right side of the street so we didn’t have to cross any busy intersections. The free breakfast was excellent and offered something different every day.
Staff were helpful and accommodating.

”Feels like such a tucked away gem! So much lovelier and more peaceful than the other hotels close to Disney. Our front desk greeter was exceptionally kind and helpful which really meant a lot getting in after a hectic travel day. Excellent experience across the board. ”
”We stayed here for one night as we booked a room last minute while at Disneyland just to sleep. Staff is nice and welcoming. Rooms are actually decent and clean. The beds are comfy. The only downside to this hotel is that is not in the best location of the resort and there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room we got. So we werent able to refrigerate our leftovers or our drinks. Other than that this hotel did its job. Would stay here again as a last minute stay. ”
