Tilavat ja hoidetut ulkoasut, jotka takaavat yksityisyyden ja mukavuuden. Huvilan takana löydät lumoavan uima-altaan, jonka sulkee herkkä luonnonkiveä mosaiikki ja koristeltu erityisillä kalusteilla, kuten lepotuoleja ja aurinkotuoleja. Ulkoterassi puolestaan tarjoaa ihanteellisen kannen mukaville sohville ja pöydälle ulkoruokailuun ja keittiöön.
Koko rakenne kehittyy kahdessa kerroksessa: sisäänkäynti valoisaan olohuoneeseen täydellisessä uusklassisen tyyliin. Myös sisäänkäynnistä molemmin puolin on kolme viidestä kahden hengen huonetta, joissa kaikissa on kylpyhuone suihkulla. Olohuoneen oikealla puolella on tilava ruokasali ja vieressä oleva moderni keittiö, jossa on toimiva pesutupa. Keittiöstä käytävän kautta pääset makuuhuoneeseen, jolla on sisäänkäynti myös ulkopuolelta. Ruokasalista sisäinen portaikko antaa pääsyn kahteen vierekkäiseen ja tyylikkääseen kahden hengen makuuhuoneeseen, joihin kuuluu kylpyhuone porealtaalla. Yläkerrassa on myös kolme kahden hengen huonetta, joissa kaikissa on kylpyhuone ja erillinen sisäänkäynti. Terassi on varustettu sohvilla rentoutua auringonlaskun aikaan.

Vacanze in Puglia

Settimana piacevolmente rilassante con tutti i miei familiari .Abitando in località distanti fra di loro è stata un occasione bellissima per poter stare insieme in un unica struttura . Era la prima volta che venivamo in Salento ,quindi,abbiamo visitato i dintorni..anche Otranto e Lecce !spiaggie bellisime specie la baia dei Turchi..

Large house in Diso

Lovely responsive owner, but a few problems. Mostly solar powered so on cloudy days hot water not great. Kitchen needed better cleaning and not set up for anything but basic cooking. No real counter space. Pool is great as are the grounds. Nice bedrooms.

A Great Space

Villa Pardonise is fabulous for large groups. The outside space is particularly good with 5 or 6 different areas to sit either in the shade or the sun. We loved the outside kitchen and ate every meal there. The inside kitchen is not large but there is everything you need in it; 2 large fridges, huge cooker, 5 ring hob, lots of large platters and bowls etc. I loved that there was loads of ice made and bottles of water for our arrival. The bedrooms & bathrooms are well equipped & although it takes a little time for the hot water to come through there was plenty of it for everyone & at one stage we had 14 people staying. Grazia was a very good host & popped in on our first morning with a tray of fresh pastries. She recommend a local restaurant in Diso to go to - Al Giardino which was great & we could walk to it. Then she booked us in a fabulous fish restaurant in Castro. The younger members of our party (in their 30s) ran to the coast a few mornings & found a lovely little cove to swim in. The older members walked!! All in all the villa is excellent value for money.

I booked the villa to celebrate my 60th birthday with 12 of my friends (we were originally 16, but a few couldn’t make it). The villa was the perfect holiday retreat, and everyone truly enjoyed their time together. The place itself was beautiful, and while the pool—with its comfy loungers and grassy area—was our favorite hangout, there were plenty of other cozy spots to relax and chat, all with ample seating. The villa was surrounded by lots of beautiful, colourful flowers and plants, which added to the ambiance of the place. Each bedroom was lovely, with its own ensuite. Most had air conditioning, except for one which had a fan, but it was still very comfortable. The villa isn’t far from town (about a 15-minute walk), so we often strolled in to explore.What really made our stay extra special was the hospitality of our host, Gracia. From the start, she helped us arrange transfers to and from the airport and took care of our car hire. She greeted us warmly on arrival and gave us a thorough tour of the villa, making us feel right at home. Gracia was always easy to reach and happy to help—whether we needed tips for local excursions or a taxi into town, she was quick to respond and nothing was ever too much trouble. Everything she did made our holiday and my birthday celebration truly memorable.I can’t recommend this villa enough for large groups. We all left with wonderful memories and lots of gratitude!

WOW: WHAT A VILLA & FANTASTIC WELCOMING HOSTS

I honestly don’t k know where to begin. The host Grazia and Pino were at the Villa to welcome us and show us round. Such a lovely family. The Villa is just fantastic. You can look online at the photos and you know it is going to be a great place to stay but you do not realise how big the villa and grounds actually are. All the bedrooms are large with good size bathrooms. There is also cots and z-beds for extras if needed. There is a large dining room , lounge area. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Utility area and downstairs toilet. The Outside area includes the most beautiful swimming pool along with sun beds and tables. There are also other different areas around the gardens with sun beds , tables and chairs , sofas, hammock, swing etc. There is a large outside dining kitchen and BBQ area, which we used every evening. A table tennis table , lots of pool toys . There is also a cupboard of toys for young children to play indoors. I had to contact Grazia as we had no air con working in our bedroom and it was so so hot. Grazia said someone would come and take a look. The day after it was changed for a brand new unit and everything working again . Grazia and Pino are an amazing couple . If you need anything or need advice or help nothing is to much trouble for them. The supermarket is 5 mins by car and you can walk into Diso village which takes 15-20 mins where you will find a small supermarket, coffee shop , restaurant and a toy shop . Beaches are about 15-20 mins by car. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Pardonise and definitely hope to return soon. Thank you for having us.

Our wonderful stay in Puglia

This is a lovely house. Spacious attractive accommodation, very well appointed, elegantly decorated and furnished. There were several cool terraces and places to sit, and a beautiful pool. 7 very good bedrooms, the 8th one rather small but we did not need it. Excellent supermarket at nearby Surano, lovely beaches nearby, and easy distance from Otranto and Gallipoli - both well worth a visit. We enjoyed it thoroughly.

Lovely, very well equipped house

The house is absolutely lovely and very well maintained, and we loved the fact that every bedroom is ensuite and has air conditioning. The kitchen, especially for Italy, is very well equipped. The garden, pool and outside eating area are fabulous, and we enjoyed them all. Grazia and Pino are wonderful hosts - very responsive and helpful when needed, but always very discreet. We found lots of very good (mainly fish) restaurants in the area, and there is a very good fish shop in Castro too. We were there in high season, and parking at the resorts was not easy, and the beaches were very crowded. The sea was fantastic for swimming - clear and clean. The area itself is flat and quite dull, with not much of interest to see. There were a number of pylons visible from the house, but having said that it didn't mar our enjoyment of this lovely property.

Beautiful house, relaxing holiday!

The photos do not do Villa Pardonise justice - it is fabulous! 16 of us stayed for 2 weeks - 4 families of 4, aged 4yrs to 43 yrs. we felt very lucky staying there. The size meant that we all had space if needed. The chill out area by the pool was a favourite nighttime spot. Little touches such as mosquito plugs, household supplies, a welcome pack with water, pasta and biscuits a tray of amazing pastries on our second day and fresh figs from the garden made it super special. All of the beds were very comfortable with lovely linens and the house was spotless. The bathrooms were all individual and it felt like a little boutique hotel. Even beach towels were provided! The only negatives we could come up with were the need for a larger bin in the kitchen and the low water pressure and wait for hot water to come through - Not exactly big problems! We would certainly return as the villa was perfect for our group and we were sad to leave. We cannot recommend it enough.

Non avremmo potuto trovare sistemazione migliore! Villa incantevole curata in ogni dettaglio. Soggiorno all'insegna della pace e della raffinatezza. Le camere sono interamente ristrutturate e confortevoli...e poi ci sono loro...Grazia e Pino che con la loro cordialità e ospitalità hanno contribuito a rendere ancor più unica la vacanza. Spero di poterci ritornare presto e la consiglio a chiunque andrà nel Salento

Excellent holiday venue

What a fantastic place to stay. We were all really happy here, and were impressed about how much care and thought had gone into the villa, making it a spacious and family friendly place. The owner was very helpful, and was to hand if anything was needed. The villa was better than described and is in a good location ,and it is easy to drive to some lovely beaches and coves from Diso. We visited two lovely wineries close by,managed to go to a couple of local markets and had a lovely time. We would be happy to return!!

Très belles vacances !

Très belle maison, aménagée avec goût, dans un environnement calme au milieu des oliviers. Tous les âges de notre grande tribu y ont trouvé leur compte ! Les propriétaires sont très prévenants et disponibles. Super piscine. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Superbe maison avec magnifique piscine

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette superbe maison. La propriété est très grande, calme et très bien entretenue. Toute la famille a profité de la piscine pour s'y rafraîchir et y jouer. Pour nous rafraîchir la nuit, les climatisations étaient les bienvenues dans les chambres. De plus, les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueilli, en nous offrant au passage les produits de leur propre exploitation (huile d'olive, légumes) ou en nous donnant de précieuses adresses (restaurants etc.). Merci beacoup.

Extraordinaire maison

Magnifique maison et splendide terrain, encore bien plus beau que sur les photos !! Nous y avons passé un merveilleux séjour et remercions encore Grazia, la propriétaire, pour sa gentillesse, ses délicates attentions et ses bonnes adresses restaurant . Nous reviendrons ! Valérie et Serge.

A stunningly relaxing Holiday

We (2 adults and 2 children) stayed at Villa Pardonise for a week. We knew very little about the area and the house and have nothing but lovely things to say about the house, Grazia and her partner (my memory is terrible for names - sorry), her uncle who shared his lovely fruit and vegetables with us and the area. This including the man who showed us to the house from the local village by jumping on his bike (he was not a spring chicken!) and cycled in front of us for 1.5 kms to the house and did it all with a huge smile. All the rooms are beautifully converted and furnished and Grazia has care for everything to be done properly while retaining the charm of the house. When we were there the top floor was half finished and will look even better next summer. We loved Castro for the fact that it wasn't a traditional beach. You have to adapt your style but it was well worth it. Enjoy.

Perfekte Villa für 2 Familien mit Kindern

Die perfekte Villa für 2 Familien, auch mit grösseren Kindern. Sehr grosszügiges Anwesen inmitten unzähligen Olivenbäumen, schöner Pool, verschiedene Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten um den Pool und im Garten. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Stilvolle Einrichtung im Haus, schöne Bäder, perfekt ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine), jedoch mit wenig Sitzgelegenheit drinnen bei Vollbesetzung. Das Haus liegt ideal um die vielen schönen Orte im Salento zu erreichen, ein Auto ist aber unbedingt nötig. Sehr herzlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterfamilie – grazie mille a te, Grazia e a tua madre!

La nostra settimana di vacanza a Villa Pardonise

Abbiamo passato la prima settimana di Settembre a Villa Pardonise, una struttura antica ma attrezzata di tutti i comfort. Le nostre due famiglie, con cinque ragazzi, hanno vissuto una settimana estremamente bella. La casa che avevamo a disposizione ha aiutato a rendere piacevoli tutti i momenti della giornata. Il posto è immerso nel verde e ti dà la possibilità di esplorare al meglio le bellezze del salento. Ringraziamo la splendida proprietaria che ci ha indirizzato verso luoghi dove abbiamo passato piacevoli momenti. Vi consigliamo assolutamente questo piccolo angolo di paradiso.

The only flaw is wanting to stay forever!

I stayed with three friends for 10 days and was a bit afraid of the Villa not being what we had seen when booking-well, we were very pleasantly surprised to see it was even better than what we expected. The villa is beautiful, confortable, equiped with all you could expect and quite clean. It is country luxury, without it being pompous. It rests in the midst of olive orchards and just minutes away from the clearest waters in the mediterranean, with cliffs and caves and long stretches of white sand. Unfortunately living in the villa is so relaxing and complete, you become lazy and tend to stay put, to take off your clothes and to live in a bathing suit for the entire stay. The owner, Grazia, is a very intelligent and welcoming person, she is always a few minutes away and available to give advice, to make sure that you are comfortable. She actually went out of her way to show us the area and helped me look for a place for my retirement. I will surely return because I will surely miss it!

Villa Pardonise : a piece of heaven

We spent 10 days at villa Pardonise in april and mai and it was a wonderful moment. It's a very beautiful old house with all the modern comfort needed : all the bathrooms are very clean and useful, kitchen is very well eqquipped, swimming pool is really big, garden is wonderful... All we needed was here included for my little boy : highchair, baby bed and linen... The villa is very big, ideal for ten persons. There is a supermarket closed to the house (3 minutes with a car) and several small shops and Pharmacy at Spongano and Diso (5 minutes with a car). Ideal to visit Puglia : beautiful Castro (10 minutes), wonderful Lecce (45 min), Santa Maria di Leuca, Gallipoli, Tricaste... All these places are easily accessible. Puglia offer magnificient landscapes and villa Pardonise is in the middle of olive trees. Especially, the owners, Grazia & Pino, are very welcomming are thoughtful : thanks a lot again ! It was wonderful hollidays and we really want to come back ! Baci baci

Ottima soluzione per gruppo di amici

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana nella struttura. Villa Pardonise è composta da 4 / 5 camere, ampie confortevoli e completamente indipendenti e munite di servizi autonomi, oltre che da spazi comuni quali il giardino con piscina, cucina, salone e veranda, da noi utilizzata soprattutto per colazioni e pennichelle. Questi spazi hanno permesso al nostro gruppo, che era composto da coppie e qualche ragazzo di trascorrere bellissimi momenti comuni pur salvaguardando la riservatezza di tutti i componenti. La collocazione della villa è nell'immediata periferia di un piccolo centro abitato dotato di servizi quali supermercato, ristoranti e pasticcerie e a pochi chilometri da stupende spiagge e calette. La villa è ottimamente arredata e notevole è la piscina e il giardino ben attrezzato. Infine molto cortese è stata l'accoglienza e la disponibilità offertaci dalla proprietaria durante tutto il periodo trascorso . Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura.

Wonderful!

Villa Pardonise is a great place to stay and enjoy the benefits of Puglia! We were a group of nine adults and had a wonderful time, no discomforts or claims. Everything was clean and tidy, the villa is very tastefully furnished and looks exactly like in the pictures, in real even more stunning. It has all the facilities you need. The best part of it all is the owner, Grazia. She's the nicest person, was there within minutes whenever we needed something, explained what we could do in the region and even had us provided with vegetables from the garden. If you come with a larger group it's good to know that one room is only reachable by passing through another and thats the only bathroom shared. All the other bedrooms have their own bathroom. We'd happily come back any time!

un angolo di Paradiso.....

Abbiamo alloggiato in villa Pardonise nella settimana dal 11/08 al 18/08. Eravamo in gruppo: 10 persone (5 coppie, tutti fra i 27 e i 32 anni) e mi faccio portavoce della soddisfazione collettiva! La casa è più bella di quanto si possa immaginare guardando le foto, sia esternamente, che al suo interno (impeccabilmente pulita), un angolo di paradiso appunto, nella quiete più totale vicino a Spongano. Abbastanza comoda per raggiungere le più rinomate località salentine, è una soluzione ideale per gruppi come il nostro ma anche per famiglie con bambini. La piscina è grande e attrezzata con sdraio, lettini e anche un gazebo con cuscinoni e divani, giusto per il relax. A livello di attrezzatura non manca nulla (sia per quanto riguarda la cucina che la lavanderia e in generale in casa) e più di qualche serata l'abbiamo passata a casa tra grigliate e musica....nella massima libertà senza disturbare o essere disturbati da nessuno. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da Grazia e Pino (i proprietari) che ci hanno dato diverse dritte molto utili sui posti da visitare e spiagge da vedere, dichiarandosi e poi dimostrandosi molto disponibili per aiutarci con qualsiasi necessità o richiesta, anche non strettamente relativi all'alloggio: davvero squisiti. Gia consigliato a diversi amici e conoscenti è davvero una soluzione da considerare. Insomma, in sunto, assolutamente da non perdere,a maggior ragione data la cifra, onesta, richiesta per l'affitto.
