La Capasa is an apartment with fresh and bright rooms, spacious and furnished with simplicity, with everything you need for a relaxing vacation in Marittima di Diso, just a short distance from the most authentic and suggestive Salento coastline.
The house is fenced and has a double outdoor space, one in front furnished with table and chairs, the other at the back equipped with a useful pilozza.
The entrance to the house is into the living room, furnished with an open kitchen, table and chairs, double sofa bed and TV cabinet.
Through a hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 bedrooms with 140 cm French beds and completed by 1 shower bathroom. Both rooms have French doors to the garden.

Apartment La Capasa is located in a series of terraced, park-front, residential area in the pretty village of Marittima, a hamlet of Diso, in Lower Salento.
Marittima is just 2 km from the famous Cala di Acquaviva, a small beach with cool, crystal-clear waters, set among striking cliffs and unspoiled nature.
The wonderful Castro, with its medieval castle overlooking the sea, is just 3 km away. Santa Cesarea Terme, with its renowned thermal waters, is about 7 km away.
Other nearby Salento seaside destinations are Tricase Porto, the Grotta Verde along the Marina di Andrano, the Grotta della Zinzulusa and Porto Badisco, a legendary bay falling on the Otranto coastline.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.           
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
