”I have taken pictures of all details in this listing, and my main issue with this place is that the condition of the unit, particularly the walls and bathroom were not as clean and pristine as the pictures imply. There are scratches and marks almost on every wall throughout the place, as well as small chips including the closets and bathroom It doesn’t appear the place was painted or repainted recently up to standard. ”This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street....
