”Lovely resort. Great service. Airport pickup. Reception. My room overlooking the pool and garden. Restaurant. Pool bar. The staff, all of whom give it all they've got. Friendly atmosphere. Lovely grounds, well maintained and huge. And then on to the beach. Perfect. Wonderful service from Ruella, Goma, Aliya, Hemant, Mintu and Bhupal who kept me well fed. ”Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu. It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants. The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

”Main problem is poor service. When we arrived, there was sand on our sheets so the sheets hadnt been changed. Called the reception to change the sheets and none came for one hour so I had to walk to reception and after that they changed the sheets. The fame restaurant is horrible, the waiters were watching football together when we went there and they paid little attention to us. Food poor and overpriced.
