”bed comfy and motel itself quiet, but pretty run down and very close to busy railroad track”

”Room was very rundown. Room door was destroyed, lock didn’t work. Stains, dirt and crumbs everywhere. Found lots of bed bugs under covers and on the mattresses. Property definitely needs health and structural inspection. I thought it would be reasonable to stay in for the price, I would never stay again. I refused the room and demanded a refund, they would only refund other nights, kept payment for that night. I would 100% rather pay the extra cash for a nicer hotel.”

”Hotel needs an update and rooms smelled musty due to no fans in the bathrooms to reduce the humidity.”

”The property was clean and smelled nice. It is old but kept up. The bed was softer than I like but for one night it was fine.”

”I booked my stay through Expedia and Expedia quoted me $92.00 per night and the property (Caseys Inn} charged me $120.00 per night and had no nown idea that I booked through Expedia. Needless to say I was quite disturbed!!!”

”The hotel overbooked their rooms, and didnt inform me. We drove 13 hours to find that they had no room for us. We didnt get a courtesy call even though I called them ahead of time to ensure they'd be fine with a late check-in. The staff was not helpful, and tried to pass the buck onto the other hotel that they booked us into. We were charged the same amount even though it was a less desirable hotel.”
