”We wanted a place away from the city with plenty of room. Our experience was truly a French feel and we were very comfortable. The area has wonderful restaurants also.”

”We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It's lovely with very high ceilings. There were quite a few cob webs high up that need to be dusted away. Other than that the place was spotless. We did NOT receive the address and entry information @ 3pm as indicated. With a few texts and phone calls we received the entry code. All in all I would definitely stay there again.”

”My friend and I booked our trip somewhat last minute but Brian and Elizabeth were very prompt to message with all the required information for check-in. They also checked in with us the morning of our second day to make sure we had everything we needed. The villa was well stocked with absolutely everything you would need and was nice and clean. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the space as well, overall a great experience!”

”The entire house is well equipped and with the fireplace at the beach just perfect. Restaurants, shopping centers are close to the house ( Walmart (5min drive). Since the hosts are living near the house you will get all answers to your questions or even recommendations for local activities. Great location-you have to stay here if you want the best in town.”

”Three families traveled to Toronto for a funeral. Online description says its stylish but in fact its dated. Windows are old (2 didn't close all the way) and some cupboard doors throughout the house are broken. 7 bedrooms but 1 only has curtains for a door and no window coverings. Kitchen had basics only however there were no pot holders for taking things out of the oven, no tea towels, limited knives and no wine glasses. Beds all had comforters but no top sheets. ”Our family stayed at Xian’s for a winter getaway after Christmas. The view of the lake was spectacular. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces including the fire pit and walk 180+ steps down to the water. The interior spaces were perfect for a large Family. The kids enjoyed all of the games in the downstairs area. Wifi and TV were excellent. There was ample space to eat, watch tv, play cards.”

”The pictures don't really do it justice as we were able to fit 7 adults and 2 children very very comfortably for this fantastic stay. The 2 full kitchens came quite in handy to cook for the large group. The hot tub was quite useful as we had overcast days which weren't great for the beach. The view of the water was fantastic. ”The ad is a little misleading as it says it's a one bedroom good for up to five people. It's not a one bedroom but rather a studio. There were four of us staying, two adults and two children and there was barely room for all of us so five is definitely a stretch. There is no spa whirlpool, despite stating in the listing that there was. A little awkward that people in the main house were watching us while in the pool.
