Site said some queen beds but all were kings. Looks like they are in process of continuing some updates so will be even better once they finish. No extra garbage bags, owner said someone would drop them off, then said no worries they would take care of garbage. Remote location, great yard! Need a car to get any...

”Property listing was accurate and the place was very clean. We didn't realize we'd be quite so far from the Japer hike but needed a pet free place. It wasn't luxurious but was well kept. Upstairs was definitely hot during July without AC, but downstairs was quite cool. Overall we enjoyed the house.”
