”The King room that we occupied was very nicely decorated and well stocked with shampoo etc. There were two things we were disappointed with: the bed was way too soft and there were no instructions on how to pirate the TV that had two remotes. We gave up trying to figure that out.”

”The outside of the hotel needs some maintenance. The hotel sign light is burnt out (giving a horror movie feel). The planters outside are empty and falling over. That being said, the room was clean and housekeeping did a very good job. We stayed for 3 nights. Everything was very quiet (other than a bit of noisy highway traffic) There is a very big bump turning into the property. Nice big parking stalls outside of the hotel though, so that was nice. Also the restaurant is closed and...

”This was a Super 8 that is now converting to a Best Western. The staff was great, but the facility is not yet at Best Western standards. I would not stay here again until the operating standards are raised to the new higher BW rates.”

”Our room was clean and staff at the front desk was as helpful as she could and friendly. However the room’s wifi never worked even after rebooting and thus the tv in the room never worked either. The router box was hanging off its post, there was no carafe nor coffee for the coffee maker. The hot water handle had fallen apart before we got there so we couldn’t use the shower. The light in the main continued to flicker even when off . The room really could do with a paint refresh. Every time...

”Cute little suite. Can sleep 7 people easily. Ivan was beyond wonderful. Great host and cook. We had French toast, pancakes and crepes, all were wonderful. No charge for dog or breakfast. Wonderful spot, would love to stay again.”

”It is an older property, but on the Tuesday we stayed, it was quiet, clean and fine for a one night stay. Check in was easy and t.he gentleman who checked us in was polite and friendly.”

”We were really looking forward to the weekend staying at this property. We felt the pictures and listing of the place to be deceiving. From the photos, we thought we were getting a chalet, but when you book a queen bed room, you're staying at the motel portion. The pictures had no indication that this was a motel, and we were there for our 2 year anniversary and were disappointed when we didn't stay in what we expected. It's a nice motel overall and the restaurant is a great place to have...

”Not too much to choose from in the small town of Fort MacLeod. Red Coat Inn certainly seemed the better of choices. A bit dated and a tad rundown it was clean and convenient. Office were helpful and on-site parking was free. The Fort is well worth a visit.”

”I never write reviews, but this is crazy and important: At 4am, the front desk clerk gave my room number to an intoxicated man who walked in looking for my 6 year old son. WHAT?! No one asked my permission or called me. They just took this man's word that he just wanted to leave something by my door. He did not. He banged on the door, woke us up, and could easily have forced his way into the room. Now, in the end, we were safe. But this is so wildly unsafe and completely unacceptable. NEVER...
