”We knew ahead of time that we were going to be getting in late so called ahead for the late check-in procedure. It was easy! Unfortunately, when we got in our room, we discovered the A/C wasn't working so we called the late night emergency number and they got us switched to a room with working A/C. ”We stayed at Two Sunsets Hotel while visiting Bryce Canyon National Park. The hotel is very clean, parking good, staff helpful. There is no elevator, and limited check in hours. The hotel is in Panguitch, a small town with limited restaurant options, particularly for breakfast, though the cowboy steakhouse next door served good and ample food for dinner. ”

”We came to stay one night. We did not know there was no heat and with the temperature in the 30s that was kind of a big deal. The room did have a space heater which was helpful and we had inadvertently brought some blankets which also helped but having that statement on the website should be standard especially for this time of year. It was a cute place and fairly clean. No great sheets on the bed. Other people’s hair in my bed. Kind of gross. Bathroom was clean. It was okay. Just okay. ”

”We had booked a double queen and they upgraded us for free to a spacious suite with 3 queens. Very friendly staff. It is not fancy, but we loved the laminate floors- so much better than carpet, thoughtful convenience of luggage racks and a table…. Highly recommend this place! They also own Color country across the street-not quite as nice, but clean and our really late check in experience after car break down was awesome!”

”When I checked in he took my credit card to charge for incidentals and I just made sure that he wasn't charging my credit card. He then made this really weird comment and said he's not charging for incidentals, but "most hotels do that." I have never heard of a hotel charging for incidentals so that was a weird comment he made to me. I would pay a little extra and not stay here if I were you. It's a good place to rest your head, but I wouldn't come back here.”
