”False advertisement the pictures of the rooms are not the same as pictures in Expedia and it's a bunch of homeless people staying there and outside all day and night with junk everywhere so it's not the safest and the rooms are beyond disgusting they do the bare minimum of cleaning.Doors don't close all the way and there's broken cabinets and blinds so people can see of ur room.Not worth spending money on a stay here.”

”We chose this property over others in the area for the free breakfast and the free shuttle to Hershey. Turns out, they don't have the shuttle.”

”We arrived at the hotel and when we got in the room the smell of cat pee was so strong we could not even get in it. Terrible smell. We did not get our refund either and after several attempts we received an e-mail indicating that the hotel could not be reached for resolution. Terrible experience.”

”There were several teams that took up common areas, the pool, and even tailgated in the parking lot. Not many places to sit at breakfast and small families did not want to swim... Staff was great and I could tell they didn’t know much to do to solve it. With the doors being wooden there was a huge gap from our room to hallway and bathroom door was peeling.”

”Very clean hotel, the staff was outstanding and the place has a very good appearance. It was not far from all of the areas attractions, and several place to eat within a mile or two. The only complaint is that one of the two treadmills was not working properly, it kept shutting off while I was trying to work out.”

”I don’t usually try to write a bad review but this experience was too much There is no way the pictures used are anywhere near current. Neither room we had didn’t have something broken. The ceiling look like it had been patched 10 different spots. We had 2 rooms. I called for days and could not get anyone on the phone to ask if we could have connected rooms got there and they are like oh yeah we have some but you had to be earlier … Upon checking in we waited 25 minutes for someone to come...
