It is suitably placed for transport, supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. Sergio and hus mother were prompt and attentive to requests. ”All areas seemed brand new or very recently & very tastefully refurbished. The apartment was better than expected & completely private from the lower apartment, due to separate entrances, a screen on entry and the perfect height wall on the upper terrace; very nicely done. Also, the host sent multiple messages near arrival & helpful links for the nearby amenities. They asked twice in our 5 night stay if we'd like cleaning and were generally very [distantly] attentive. ”We spent a lovely week at Blue Roses! The hotel is nicely situated by the quiet side street, however near the beach, main road and bus stop. The room was very quiet and very clean. It has a small kitchen and the super market is near, so you can enjoy breakfast on your own balcony. The wi-fi worked very well in room. Theo at the Reception is very friendly and helpful and made you feel welcome. We are happy to recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Ixia.”

"The hotel and the staff was really nice and everything was clean. You just need a car so you have access to restaurants, beaches etc. There is free parking at the hotel. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and shower was spacious and clean. The room was cleaned only couple times during the week and the sheet's were changed only once during our staying. Air-condition worked well and was included. "
