”I loved the location and the beautiful views. The hospitality of Rebecca and Rich was amazing. Fresh baked cookies and muffins everyday were outstanding. Would definitely come back! Just one downside for me with replaced knees and hips. Toilet too low and a little hard to get in the shower.”

”This is a special gem in Sedona. We were greeted when we arrived and were made to feel welcome. Every morning we woke up to a delicious breakfast provided on our private patio. It was a perfectly secluded location by a creek but close enough to walk to the town for shopping or restaurants. The room was very clean and had a personal touch. ”Peaceful location. Attentive host. Able to work remotely with video calls. Private deck that was somewhat in the open but I was undisturbed while working. Shared bathroom was fine no issues. Hot tub on site. Parking was around the front but we could unload near room. Driving to Sedona was fine, about 20-25 minutes. Nice stay overall.”

”Leon and Dawn, we had a very enjoyable stay these last two nights. The alpacas were a hit with my wife, and Annie your kitty took a shine to me! We enjoyed the laid back time we had in the Cornville/Cottonwood area. A special treat was Friday evening - Leon's and Black's concert and recording. You guys were fantastic -- I was very impressed. Of course all of your friends were extremely friendly and very inviting to us. Hope you win in Nashville!!”

”Still finishing a reno, but the guest rooms and kitchen are done and beautiful. Shannon was very helpful with anything we needed. Kitchen was nicely stocked with snacks and drinks, some organic. Great lookout on upper deck of the red rock mountains. Even the cot was comfortable. ”
