Upper Area (internal staircase to access):

- FULL KITCHEN with induction hob, dining area with table and chairs, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, washing machine, electric oven and microwave oven, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;

- BATHROOM II with slightly raised shower box, sink and WC;

- CLOSET;

- GARDEN accessible from the dining area, or accessible with external stairs from the upper floor, dining table with chairs covered by an umbrella, electric barbecue, porch, sofas, armchairs, outdoor shower, outdoor sink and outdoor deckchairs;

- PRIVATE POOL (always open but not heated) with gradual entry into the water (beach type).

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax to the municipality of Pula equal to 0.50 cent or 1.00€, depending on the season.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

This flat has a self check-in door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.

The property is located in the town of Domus de Maria, a 10-minute drive from Santa Margherita di Pula and the bay of Chia. The famous Pinus Village beach is an enchanting series of coves in southern Sardinia, located between the famous town of Santa Margherita di Pula and the beaches of Chia. The surrounding rocks make it interesting for those who love snorkeling!

From the Pinus Village beach begins one of the most fascinating treks in the area that runs along the entire coast and reaches the Torre di Chia. The trek is even more interesting if you consider that it passes on an ancient Roman road that connected the Punic/Roman city of Nora to the Punic/Roman city of Bithia, in several places the worked blocks that belonged to this ancient road are still visible. The route is about 5.5 km long!

We recommend using the car, a few minutes by car you can reach the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy.

- From Cagliari Elmas airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train to the Cagliari stop. From here you can reach the Cagliari Autostazione ARST stop (5 minutes on foot) and take the bus Line 129 to the Domusdemaria Via Provinciale FR.42 stop, a 14-minute walk from the property.

Alternatively, you can take a taxi (about 55 minutes).
