”Very nice condo, well stocked with everything we needed. The location is great; very quiet and the beach in front of the complex is awesome. All the other guests staying there were friendly too. The only thing we noticed was the outside areas could be cleaned up a bit. There were rusty lawn chairs left by the swings and a lot of beach items left sitting around the property that could have been stored away. We will look forward to returning to this property in the future.”

”The little things made the start great.Very clean, as described; byt the little things they did made the stay more like home.A Band-aid was needed from walking too far and they had it! Although we cooked eggs only, the kitchen had the nick knacks that would make it more like home.Coffee and the little snacks were a wonderful thought as well.”

”Beautiful 3rd Floor condo with awesome views of the Gulf. Condo is very spacious and equipped with everything you need for the perfect vacation. Having the garage to store our beach equipment and rafts was so convenient. We had the pool to ourselves all 10 days of our stay. Have stayed at several condos on Manasota Key and we all agreed this was our favorite. Walking distance to all the restaurants and bars and even a closer walk to the beach. ”
