The breakfast staff was accommodating, but the hotel staff was checked out, not really engaged in what they were doing, rather indifferent. The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc. ”

”The room was clean, however the mirrors need to be changed, the balcony paint is wearing off. The pool and hot tub need major painting ”

”You get charge a destination fee of $25 each day you stay with anybody telling you that. The staff in restaurant and bar are so rude and bad service because they already adding at 30%gratuity to each tap not matter what. So staff does not care to a good job because they already charging you the tip on tip of the billed. ”
