”Father and son stopover after two days of hiking during a long drive home. The Wellington Hotel was exactly what we needed — easy check‑in, no fuss, clean rooms, comfortable beds, hot showers, and a genuinely tasty breakfast that set us up for the rest of the journey. Simple, welcoming, and spot‑on. Highly recommended.”

”Mainly clean Ideal location. Friendly staff.”

”Beautiful hotel and staff”

”At check in staff member was kind enough to let us check in early. Room was nice and had everything we needed, smelled very fusty and damp though. Before booking, we checked food service times as we knew we would need to eat quite late, this was shown as 9pm on their website and hotel.com. we tried to order at half past 8 and were told kitchen was closed. There is nothing else around so we had to get a taxi to and from the nearest tescos for a meal deal”

”Todella mieluisa paikka varsinkin liikematkalaiselle.

”I arrived at the Horse and Jocky and I was surprised to hear that it was Karaoke night and it was well liked bye many, it was Friday night and it's let your hair down time, it was a change to have so many people who just turned up to sing and enjoy the evening, I was an outsider but I didn't feel it.”

”We were a family group of 3 and of different generations. We all found the staff we met to be very helpful and friendly. We had an evening meal after arriving and breakfast in the morning, The food was very nice, large enough portions, with enough choice. We stayed in the quadruple family room, with twin beds and a bunk bed. It was large clean and comfortable. The bunk beds were in a seperate room but were directly connected to the main bedroom. I thought the layout would be particularly good...

”Friendly helpful staff. Great location. Food good. Plenty of parking. Comfortable room.”

”Large room, comfortable free parking, desk in the room and a number of plugs available on each wall. The stuff is fantastic and very helpful to accommodate guests. The building is a bit tired and in need of refurbishment. I would stay again”
