Nice Hotel in small city
Enjoyed my second weekend stay here. Breakfast included with room was decent. The room was in good condition and the bed was comfortable. The staff, although few due to Covid-19, was professional and courteous.

Overall an OK hotel. Rooms were semi-modern, and mostly clean. The whole place seems a bit worn down, even though it's pretty new. The breakfast is mostly asian, but some western stuff as well. Wouldn't recommend staying here for more than a night as a tourist, as there is nothing to do in the ciry, and the hotel isn't really a place you stay all day.

However, We've checked the situation with our staff about the problem that you mentioned. As the normal procedure and the standard of a 4 star hotel, Our staff had asked your friend about the clean service in the morning, but he'd told us no need to clean. So that is the reason why your room was not to be cleaned at the second night. We also really appreciate your comments on the hotel service, which we promise to improve in the future time. Very nice hotel
I stayed here one night as I passed thru town and was pleasantly suprised. Staff is incredibly polite and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Very happy with my stay.

4つ星ホテル、かつ1泊の値段を考えるとコスパも質もイマイチでした。 チェックインの際に誤ってまだ清掃が完了していない部屋に通されましたが、こういったミスは仕方ないと思います。チェックアウト時にも謝罪がありました。 気になったのは設備面です。オールデイダイニングと記載のあるレストランは営業していないに等しく、ホテル案内に書いてある上層階のバーはもぬけの殻状態。ゴーストホテルにいる様でした。代わりにロビー階のカフェに行くと、メニューにあるのにカクテルは全てないと言われました。 朝食も種類が少なく、味も4つ星とは思えないクオリティーでした。 田舎街なので何もないだろうと、ホテルでゆっくりする為に他ではなくこのホテルを選びましたが、このレベルなら半額以下で泊まれる近隣の2つ星ホテル等でも十分だったろうと思います。ホーチミン等の1つ星ホテルの方がまだコスパも質も良いと思います。ムダな出費をしてしまったと後悔です。

Budget 'poshness'!
We stayed at this hotel for one night. The staff were very pleasant, the room was clean and the breakfast buffet was very good. The only downside was the traffic noise, we were on the 11th floor and it was still very load (and my hearing is not the best!)

Comfortable hotel in nice town
We arrived early but were able to check in straightaway. This is a large hotel, rated four star but would probably be three star in the UK. The rooms are big with all the facilities one would expect. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. There was a fridge but it didn't make drinks cold and there was no temperature adjustment. The air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was nice with a big shower cubicle but there was nowhere to put the shower gell provided except the floor and a grab handle would be nice for the older guest as the floor becomes slippery. Breakfast was good but caters mainly for Asian guests,however a chef will cook eggs anyway you wish and there is bacon and sausage on the buffet. There is a tennis court and two bars which we did not use. There are six lifts which work well.

2回目の宿泊。町中心部から少々離れており、移動にはタクシーが必要。ホテルの設備、対応はまずまず。朝食は品数が多く、Phoを作ってくれる。 スーパーマーケットが隣接しており、便利。今回、チェックイン時に、予約番号を提示したのに、予約が確認できずExpediaに電話して、ようやく確認が取れた。チェックンに30分かかってしまった。

From the entrance lobby and throughout this is a first class, top of the line hotel. The price was unbelievably low and nothing was left undone to make our stay go well.Total first class - Five Star !!!

Outstanding in every aspect
Everything was great. The staff, facilities, room, everything eas great. The location was as good as any other in Dong Ha, and the breakfast better than most in VietNam

Excellent service staff; Hotel amenities defects
The Hotel has excellent service staff. They are ready to help and courteous even child-friendly. However, the hotel has huge amenities' defects. The A/Cs are too weak and even after staying for a whole day, the room doesn't become cool enough to become tolerable. There should be better electrical set-up: one switch lights the whole room and there is no way to control partial light-ups. Top floor bar should be smoke-free.

좋은 위치, 야경이 보이는 바에서 커피한잔 !
직원 친절하고 위치도 시내에서 가깝고, 마트도 있고.. 옥상 수영장도 그늘에 비치 의자가 있어 좋았음. 하지만 짐(gym)은 덥고 에어콘이 되지 않아서 운동하기 불편했음 조식 상태 양호하며 야간에 바에서 맥주나 커피를 하면서 야경을 바라보니 꽝치는 라오까이에 비해 참 복받은 도시 같음

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable.
I enjoyed my stay. Great Service. Convenient mini mart in the hotel. Travel agency nearby to book a flight or train ticket. Many retail shops along side the street and a big shopping mall only a mile away.
