”The property is very tired looking. The hot water took a long time to come through and the shower was slow.
The bed was not made properly, the duvet was just pulled up and not even neatly. The edge of the duvet was resting on the bedside cabinet rather than being tucked down.”

”We visited this hotel as a party of eight for a Golden Wedding anniversary celebration. The reception staff there went well above and beyond what could reasonably be expected. They accommodated all our requests happily and efficiently and contributed significantly to our very pleasurable stay. The little 'perks' the hotel offers it's guests also contribute to the very positive view we have of the establishment.”

”Stayed in the manor house although checked in at the Club reception. No restaurant open, just the Club cafe, which was disappointing. Huge room and huge, comfy bed with large bathroom.”
