”The staff was nice and helpful, but the cleanliness was a real problem. We checked into our room and we noticed it had mold on the ceiling bathroom, stains on the sheets, hair clumps on the sheets, and a couple of flies buzzing around. The hotel staff kindly gave us a new room after hearing our bed was dirty. Unfortunately, the new room smelled heavily of marijuana, the refrigerator did not work, the towels had stains on them, the mirror was broken off the wall, and we found a cockroach roaming...

”The front desk staff person that we worked with was incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We had a unique situation with two adults and 15 students. She gave the chaperones keys to all the student rooms, allowed us to use the breakfast area for dinner, watched cameras to allow us better control of the students and any issues that could have arisen.
