Our flat house is situated in a quiet and sunny location above Dorfgastein with a wonderful view of the Gastein Valley. The ski bus stop is only 50 metres from the house. The valley station of the Dorfgastein Großarl ski area and the Soalrbad are 1 km away. The beautiful, modern flat, furnished in solid wood, is 60 m2 in size and equipped with two spacious bedrooms, a lounge/bedroom with kitchen block incl. dishwasher, satellite TV, radio, Wi-Fi, telephone, hairdryer, room safe and large terrace.
We are especially equipped for family holidays. For the children we have plenty of space to play around the house, sledges, bobsleds, swings, carousel, games, books, table football, petting animals and much more.
For the very little ones we offer travel cots, baby high chairs, games, potty and nappy changing facilities in the flats. In the house we also have a large fitness room with great new equipment and table tennis table.
On request, we can bring fresh breakfast pastries to your flat door every morning.
3-D hunting archery course:
We are active archers and offer our guests our own 3-D hunting archery course, which starts right behind the house. Equipment hire and basic courses are available.

The beautiful flats, furnished in solid wood, are 60 m2 in size and equipped with 2 bedrooms, a bed-sitting room with kitchen block incl. coffee machine, kettle, pots, crockery, dishwasher, satellite TV, radio, WiFi, telephone, separate shower/WC, hairdryer, room safe and balcony. Bed linen, bathrobe, hand, shower and tea towels are provided, as well as taps for the dishwasher, Wettex, Zewa, toilet paper and many small items such as salt, pepper and sugar are a matter of course.

Our house is located on the sunny side of Dorfgastein! Ideal starting point for hikes, mountain bike tours, ski tours!
