CASA PINETA 3: flat convenient to the beach

3-bedroom HOLIDAY HOUSE on the first floor of a small building, convenient to the centre and the beach of Cala Gonone. Large in size and finely furnished, it consists of a living room, separate kitchen, three double bedrooms and bathroom; the property is completed by a furnished veranda to eat outside and enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. For parking there is convenience on the road where the house is located, without the need for payment.

Present: TV, air conditioning, washing machine, oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Because of its location, the house is suitable for walking to the beach of Cala Gonone (600 metres away), as well as an excellent starting point for diving into the wonderful waters of the beaches of the Gulf of Orosei, Cala Luna and Cala Sisine for example, and for hiking or climbing in the hinterland full of naturalistic charm such as Su Gorropu, Tiscali, Su Gologone.

For large groups, two more flats are available in the same building that can accommodate 5 and 7 beds respectively, making a total of 19 beds available.
