It’s quite classy indoors and we were impressed by both the sophisticated dinner menu and the food itself - very good.We were welcomed warmly and shown to the Cowdray Room, which opens on to the beer garden. "Cheap place to stay right in Soho. One minute from tube, close also at Tottenham court station. Super clean and spacious showers. It was okay to sleep, so silent, no sounds at night. There is a air conditioning sound only, like sleeping on a cabin in ship. I don’t know would I still sleep again. Maybe like 1-2 nights. I slept at upper pod, and otherwise it was okay but it was hard to get my bag there. And the steps were supersmall. So: modern pods for diginomads."

"Park Plaza County Hall is an excellent hotel. First and foremost, its location is outstanding. Many of London’s major attractions are within walking distance, and the nearest Underground station is just a short stroll away. The hotel provides excellent service. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, while the rooms are clean, quiet, and well-designed. The bathroom could perhaps benefit from some refurbishment in the future, but otherwise the room feels modern, comfortable, and well air-conditioned. We were particularly pleased to see that the breakfast area had been renovated. The breakfast itself was also excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We have stayed at Park Plaza County Hall several times, and once again we were extremely satisfied with our experience. The next time we travel to London, there is a very good chance that we will choose this hotel again for our stay."

"Excellent and clean, modern hotel with all the necessary services, and a great restaurant. The hotel Wifi is untrustworthy. I am working globally with delivering remote training programs and facilitating events online. I had chosen this hotel while reading up on that they'd offer an executive wifi package. Unfortunately that is not available. The wifi was fine (20 Mb) until 3pm when all guests started checking in dropped to (3-5 Mb). My facilitation was disrupted and I had to go down to the lobby cafe (noisy) to deliver my training session. This was very unfortunate. "

"The service was very friendly. The room was a wonderful Riverview suite with a balcony. The views of the city were great! The hotel breakfast was great and of high quality, as was the rooftop bar on the top floor and the cocktail bar on the street level. The hotel facilities were very clean and modern. The location is also great, right next to the Thames."
