”For somereason our key worked on other doors as well than just ours (we accidently went to wrong floor first and opened an occupied room) The receptionist told ys that there is a technical problem and told us to use the same key for our door.. It’s not a tidy place. I would recommend everyone to pack antihistamins and extra inhalers to survive.”

This fitted the bill perfectly, and I knew we'd made the right choice when I spoke to the Manager. What a lovely guy: friendly, honest, helpful, straightforward, and so easy to deal with. I don't think they had changed the sheet in my room, and apparently housekeeping does not work I the evening. They gave me a new room. They gave me a second blanket, which made my night ok.
