Remember to ask non-smoking room if you want to. This hotel is popular during Dec-Jan and when we tried to change our room when noticing its a smokers room, we couldn't because they were Rully booked. Besides that, it was very moneysworth!

Excellent hotel
The standard room is high quality, beds are big and comfortable. The staff is professional. The Cucina restaurant is good for casual dining and the Waterside is upscale. Swimming pools are usually quite modest in South African hotels, but this is absolutely good. The Hyatt is quite expensive but ...
