”Sadly would not come back. My allocated room already had someone in it when I tried to get in. Give the staff their dues, they moved me to another room straight away. I was told free parking on site, we received a parking ticket for the time we were there. Still waiting an explanation ”

”The room was clean and had everything needed. The hotel was very well situated and excellent value for money. Bathrooms were very clean and modern. WiFi was excellent. For the money it fantastic value.”

”I appreciated getting feedback. I had a lot of questions because we knew we would be getting in late. Based on their description, I saw nothing about a shared bathroom. I have a bad bladder, and this gave me anxiety. There was a potential for 8 people sharing yhe bathroom. This would have been problematic if they had a packed house. We had to pay $30 US dollars to drive less than 4 miles. They took a 25 pound deposit and if they don't pay me back, I will be relentless. ”

”Zu Ealing Broadway station muss man nur 9 Minuten laufen. Geschäfte und Restaurants gibt’s in der Nähe. Ich bin für ein Konzert in Wembley hier geblieben, konnte mit dem Bus dann zum Hotel zurückfahren. Das Badezimmer war ziemlich dreckig, bringt aufjedenfall Handtücher mit!!! Und auch eine Internationale Steckdose, da Deutsche Ladekabel nicht reinpassen in diesem Hotel! Die Küche habe ich nicht benutzt, da sie auch ziemlich dreckig war. Ich war hier nur zum schlafen. Die Staff war sehr nett und...

”Huoneet hieman epäsiistejä, viereisten huoneiden äänet kuului selkeästi omaan huoneeseen, wifi toimi huonosti. Vessa hajosi kesken vierailun, mutta saimme vaihdettua toiseen huoneeseen helposti. Palvelu oli hyvää, mutta tilat eivät niin hyvät.”

”The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then. On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches. The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. There is no deadbolt of chain/lock inside to secure yourself in. The apartment is tired and could do with a layer...

”We had difficulty obtaining the check in information. This was through Vrbo so you are given the code to a lock box with the keys to the building and your room. We stood in the rain for about 30 minutes trying to get the information. The room itself was good. There was a nice bed and a huge closet. We stayed one night and a reasonable price. There is a hotel with a restaurant open to the public about 2 blocks away. Great pizza and beer. ”

”The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless.”

”No rooms available but I was charged for a room when booking. Left stranded at 8pm by the door to go find another room. When asked for a refund, I was told to sort that out myself as well.”
