Beautiful, spacious rooms that are well designed and have very comfortable beds! Beautiful location along Lake Alster, and a short walk to the subway and Hamburg Central Station. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast buffet available, and ice cream and drinks available for purchase by the front desk!

It is a nice new hotel. Unfortunately, the internet is weak. Breakfast is overpriced and limited in selection.

The staff were extremely helpful and engaging at all times. The so-called gym is a room with four pieces of equipment and limited dumbbells (max weight 10 kg). There is no spa as advertised but the saunas and steam plus rest area were excellent. It's a pity that there is no outdoor seating other than a noisy smoking area.

Good service , slight odour in the room when we arrived but nothing overpowering. Unusually there were no fridge or tea making facilities in
the room, but a kettle and cup were provided when asked at reception.

"Schöne, leicht in die Jahre gekommene, Ferienwohnung. Alles da was man so braucht, ohne auf das wichtigste zum Leben im Urlaub zu verzichten. Die Abrechnung der Energiekosten am Ende des Aufenthalts ist nicht zeitgemäß und sehr intransparent."

"Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, ebenfalls die Nähe zu einem Supermarkt mit Bäcker! Da wir Kinder mit hatten wäre es gut, über Nacht die Zimmer komplett verdunkeln zu können."
