”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

My husband cranked up the temperature, so the AC wouldn’t run so much and we could sleep. This, unfortunately, made me feel very hot and sweaty and I still couldn’t sleep much.”

”This was an overnight stay for a family memorial service. The hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast had a nice selection and the buffet was clean and restocked continuously. Our room was clean.
My only complaint is that the heat/air unit in the room was filthy which was concerning in regards to air quality. Bringing my air purifier would have remedied this.
I would stay again.”

”Last minute stay due to emergency work on my house. Got a great deal via a third-party site. Room was spacious, AC great and bed comfy. TV didn’t work— kept giving message of “poor connection”. The TV in my friend’s room worked fine. The lock on my door didn’t work, and hot water took a long time to heat up. Phone was very difficult to use and didn’t work very well. My friend’s original room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. They switched her rooms, but I can’t believe how bad her room...
