”My daughter and I stay here for our annual Mother daughter trip. It was our first time to Fredricksburg and the owners were so kind and gave some wonderful recommendations. We loved the charm of this house and the location was wonderful. Just a few blocks from downtown. We took the bikes for a ride one night and found a great restaurant just a couple blocks over and then cruised around downtown to do some window shopping. We loved our stay and will be back again someday.”

”This was the cutest little apartment. Quiet, amazing air conditioning, beds very comfortable, and there were cookies! Our hostess made sure we were welcome the moment we got here. We enjoyed watching the stars from the star gazing tubs and painting off the river rocks. And the decorations inside are so fun for the kids to look at. This was a wonderful experience. ”

”Eric and Jenny's guest house is an extremely nice, very comfortable place to stay while exploring Texas hill country and local wineries. They are amazing hosts and excellent communicators about everything related to the stay and the area. We had lots of questions which they very promptly answered. We would highly recommend Eric and Jenny's guest house to anyone wanting to spend some time exploring Texas hill country and enjoy some peace and quiet! ”

”I really wanted to sit outside and have a fire in stone fireplace but it was by host side of the house. Didn’t like being attached to her actual home. Everything else was great if I stayed there again it would be one of the other houses, on the property. Have to drive to town or uber”

”You (VRBO) need to immediately remove this listing from your service. To start, it's very deceptive. The property "management" is not upfront about what this is, which is a disgusting, creepy room rental. It is NOT a bed & breakfast. Which I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to eat a damn thing from the people who run it, much less, cook in that kitchen! The management team/owners are deceptive. They are not transparent in their listing. That's strike one. They don't leave the space you're in while...

”Very nice place to stay. My wife loved and ambiance and the bathtub. Bed was a little hard so woke up with our backs hurting. All in all I would stay there again. ”

”We had to cancel our trip due to a state of emergency. Our electricity in our own home was out for 36 hours and this property refused to give us any type of refund. When we tried to reschedule they were going to charge us $204 additional for the same property. Will never book with them again!!”
