”Absolutely beautiful resort! The setting is the most beautiful setting ever!! Lovely spa! Wonderful facials and massages. The dinner and bresksfast buffet were delicious. . It may be pricey but it is well worth it!!”

”The staff were a little incompetent, roaches all over the place. And the entire stay was a pain. We had to go to the second floor, when we asked for a first floor but they said no. Next day we wanted to extend our stay so we were told to go to the first floor since we had pets. Just a big pain ”

”The suites are very spacious with a desk, sofa, and mini kitchen area. The bed was very comfortable.”

”It was clean and the staff was friendly. I didn’t realize when I booked that the property is u undergoing renovations. It didn’t impact my stay much at all, but was a little noisy during the day part of my stay and some messy areas due to construction. I think the renovations are well overdue as the room was well worn and could use some updating. It was fine for the one night I stayed.”

”If you spray for bugs clean up when they die. It’s gross. I will never return. If I could have had a refund I would have taken that option and left. Expedia said that not and option and I would loose my money. I’m not wealthily to accept just losing money. I have pictures of all the bugs in both rooms.”

”The lodge is absolutely beautiful. Parking tight when you have a bigger vehicle. A wonderful place to stay.”

”Staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was clean. I was able to park in front of our room. Bumsted’s is next door and has excellent food. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice.”

”This property is nestled between a hospital and a ihop. Pros: a/c worked, fitness center was fairly comprehensive—full dumbbell set, cable system, benches. Cons: hard bed that was difficult to sleep on, generally dingy appearance, view of a dumpster. ”

”The staff was very friendly as soon as we walked in. Told us about Happy hour and breakfast, which was delicious! Rooms were very spacious and clean.”

”We think the property is nice overall, but we noticed somethings need maintenance upgrades. Our room could have been cleaned a little better. The bathroom door and the light switch wasn't clean. We found crumbs and dust on the floor near the floor light and chair in the corner of the room. There wasn't enough staff near the pool early enough to open the slide, however, once I asked someone, they obliged.”
