Firstly, the staff were very friendly and nice to meet. The hotel is quite basic which is fine but my only irritation is how badly the floors creak. The room smells clean as you come in, always a great start. Spotlessly clean. Rooms are ensuite with a little kitchen area, all decorated differently. We had a little table to eat at as well. Chocolates and home made Welsh cakes with milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Self check in with a pin code ...
