”We had a great time staying here. The directions to find and access the place were easy to follow. The bedroom was very comfortable (nice and toasty despite the chilly weather) and the facilities were great. And what a special treat to find fresh-baked muffins upon arrival!”

”I was in town on business and this nice little apartment was perfect. When I arrived, I had some issues with the keypad, and I couldn't get in (user error). I called Tung and they were able to get me in quickly. I really appreciated the responsiveness after a long day of travel. ”

We didn't have time to lounge on the patio, but it was great too from what we saw. Would stay again! It's the same amount of care and cleanliness as a hotel suite.”

”Overall a great experience! Brand new remodeled space with very nice kitchen and bathroom. Two bedrooms are very small but perfect for kids. We had a few small issues but they were very quickly resolved. Great walkability, only a 3 minute walk to a nearby elctric car charger. Overall a great experience!”

”Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. No climate control of the rental unit. The bed was...
