Lomamökit – Downingtown

”Great spot, fun and quirky decor. Great kitchen with sharp knives and fanstatic range. Amazing farm stand 3 minutes away. One note for other travelers - bring a flashlight or battery powered candles. The power went out due to a storm on our last night and there were none available on site. Glad we had planned ahead and brought our own. Other than that, great place - would definitely stay again and recommend to others.”

”Peaceful rural area. No outside noise coming from highways or airports. TV and appliances were all up to date.”

”The property and house were so cute. You can see the time and effort that is taken to make it cozy. Fresh mums inside and out. The decor was perfect for the vintage house. Spotless by the way. Extra things everywhere! Sound machine, paper towels, tea, coffee, sugar, snacks, fans, a/c... almost anything you are looking for. Our host was super nice and timely responded to all inquiries. Great information upfront! So many things to do and see just a short distance. I hope we get to go back!”

”Great vacation spot with a lot of activities for the kids, very friendly ambiance too. My daughters loved the Caboose cabin.”

”Lovely home, great experience renting from Ruth Ann!”

”Homey, quiet and perfectly located property. Easy to communicate with John. Will definitely be back!”

”What a wonderful weekend! We were in town with two other families to watch our boys play lacrosse in a tournament. Instead of staying in a boring hotel we had this beautiful retreat in the woods after a long day of games. Parents sat by the fire and relaxed while the boys played pickleball, kayaked, yard games, etc. Our only regret is that it took us 5 years of traveling for sports to figure this out!! Thanks for a great weekend--we hope to be back next summer.”
