When I got to my room, all it had were 3 large towels and a shower mat in the bathroom. No wash cloths, and no hand towels. I had to go down to the front desk and get them, Then there were no wash cloths. In the morning, I needed to water pick my teeth and there was no electricity going to the plugs ...
